The all-new Ram 1500 TRX 2021 truck is going to be the most powerful street-legal pickup truck ever produced and Ram is backing it up.

The Ram is one of those trucks that will look awesome on the street and performs at its best off-road so why would you leave it on the street when adventure awaits.

Now that the new Ram TRX 1500 is ready to go into the ring with the others like for example the Raptor.

It will bolster a 702 Horse Power Engine and it will be interesting for Ram.

The Ram TRX 1500 is a nice 8-inches wider body style than the original Ram Truck.

It will come with an impressive luxury interior and some of the most sophisticated setups on the market today for street legal and off-road trucks.

What is going to be the cost of the new 2021 Ram 1500 TRX

The starting price of the new Ram TRX is going to be $71,690.00 in the crew cabin of this review for those who crave a larger interior.

They are also going to run a limited edition model from what we are told 702 copies of the limited edition model and they will start at a whopping $90,265.00.

So if you want one of those ones you’re going to pay for it, but why not we think it’s well worth it.

What’s New For 2021 Ram 1500 TRX

The new Ram TRX 1500 is coming with a powerful 702 horsepower Hellcat engine.

It Will come with a bed-mounted spare tire and loads of goodies packed inside the ram.

What will be the Engine

SUPERCHARGED 6.2L HEMI V8

They will be adding a SUPERCHARGED 6.2L HEMI V8 under the hood of this off-road contender.

The engine will boast Best-in-Class horsepower and torque.

Legendary 6.2L Supercharged HEMI V8 engine generates 702 horsepower and 650 lb-ft of torque for a 0-60 MPH time of 4.5 seconds.

The roots-type supercharger provides near-instantaneous torque.

Has a maximum speed of 14,600 rpm, and can regulate boost pressure up to an astounding 11.6 psi to really get your senses tingling.

Performance

The new Ram 1500 TRX will have Launch Control.

Yes, you heard us right, launch control in a truck, and it’s the first ram to have launch control with its features.

It will do 0-60 in 4.5 seconds like that is a serious fast truck.

The quarter-mile time is 108 mph at 12.8 seconds pretty sweet right.

For the off-roading, it will come off the assembly line with 35 inches of all-terrain tires on an 18-inch rim.

The RPM and Wheel Slip will be monitored with the launch control to give you the best possible acceleration rate possible in a truck.

They also claim that the TRX will come with enough underplating to protect Fort Knox, well you know what I mean.

It will also come with a customizable dashboard to monitor horsepower readings, steering measurements, personal readings, and more.

Will come with vehicle dynamics so you can adjust your steering angles, monitor your transfer case gearing, and locking your axles for the dynamics features.

You will also have a dyno-meter so you can monitor any run and compare it with other records you have on the dyno-meter.

The AIRBOX is the largest in its class which will be able to filter out water, dust, dirt, and debris all while only consuming 32 liters of air per minute.

For off-road it will come equipped with the BILSTEIN BLACK HAWK E2 SHOCKS.

Towing and Payload

The TRX can’t tow as much as some of the other Rams, but it has a maximum towing capacity of 8100 pounds.

It’s able to carry up to 1310 pounds of payload.

Interior, Comfort, and Cargo

2021 Ram TRX 1500 Interior

The base model’s cloth upholstery is based on the Ram 1500 Rebel.

The optional TR1 and TR2 packages make the cabin look and feel significantly awesome thanks to leather-covered surfaces and a mix of microsuede and carbon-fiber goodies.

TRX’s flat-bottom steering wheel features a pair of prominent paddle shifters.

There is a floor shifter located on the center console.

The Ram TRX 1500 comes with right now only a crew cab and a short box.

Infotainment and Connectivity

The Ram TRX 1500 comes with a 12-inch touch screen infotainment system for your viewing pleasure.

Comes with Apple CarPlay, Android Auto, Sirrus Satelite Radio, and Navigation System.

It also has a 900-watt, 19-speaker Harman Kardon sound system.

Safety and Driver-Assistance Features
